Waste disposal fee and GST are not included in the pricing. Our minimum service charge for any service is $125.

Each additional hallway added to the deal will be $15/hallway.

Pricing for pet stain will depend on the type of stain, the amount of the stain and how long the stain has been on the carpet. Please note that we will try our best to get tough stain off the carpet but WE DO NOT guarantee that all the stain will be gone.

Cleaning an apartment will require a portable cleaning machine and lots more work getting all our equipment to the apartment. Please note that we will not clean an apartment with no elevator.
